Primary Function
The QA/QC Technician will perform/conduct internal audits with defined objectives, priorities, and schedules with supervision and guidance from QA/QC Supervisor and Quality Management. Candidate must be able to plan, organize and execute assigned deliverables. The candidate will review processes that indicate how activities are performed, to ascertain compliance with Company and Local/Iraqi pertinent Policies, Procedures, Performance Work Standards and Regulatory requirements identifying and communicating process gaps. Perform analyses of data against a specific process. Conduct interviews with Sallyport personnel. Prepare audit reports and present findings to auditees and Management to facilitate continuous process improvement. Support certain aspects of the planning and implementing initiatives to support ISO 9001:2015, ISO 18788, and PSC-1,2012 management systems and
actively support and uphold the Company's stated vision, mission, and values.
Responsibilities
To observe, monitor and report as assigned.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of work or service non-conformity.
To aid in ensuring contract policies are followed any nonconformance found.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
A resource for departments regarding Quality conformity when requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Must be a US Citizen with valid passport.
Minimum five (5) years quality experience, including at least 24 months performing audits
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training required
Familiar with ISO 18788:2015 and ANSI/ASIS PSC.1:2012
In-depth knowledge of tools, concepts, and methodologies of Quality Management
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio)
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with the implementation of corrective and preventive action programs
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of leadership
Ability to work independently with limited required direction and guidance
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Time Management skills are essential
Troubleshooting skills is a must
United States Military Veteran
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with internal Security processes
45001:2018 and 14001:2015 Internal auditing training
