Aon is looking for a Sr.Manager of QoIP Sales OperationsAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting the Quality of Intellectual Property solution in Aon’s IP Services group, in [Select All Major Markets in US]. As a Sr. Manager Sales and Operations, you will report directly to the Head of Aon’s IP Transactions Solutions.Your impact as a Sr. Manager of Sales and OperationsThis role can be located in Chicago, New York, Florida, Texas or virtual/hybrid Chicago ,New York or Florida,Texas  regions. Job Responsibilities:Enable a robust and continues pipeline of opportunities for the QoIP product teamUse internal and external research and resources to identify and assess opportunitiesWork with the (internal) network of Aon Producers to identify prospects and enable successful sales outreach, interactions and conversions to clients.Engage in direct outreach with prospects (external) to assess and cultivate opportunitiesPrepare and participate in both internal and external presentationsTrack performance across a variety of sales and operations initiativesEnable successful tracking and communication of key QoIP performance indicators to internal partnersAssist with internal projects ranging from new prospect research to sales and marketing materials.You Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience and Skills:5 – 10 years of meaningful work experienceClear and effective written and oral communication skillsAbility to develop relationships, build confidence of others based on successful interactions and work performanceOrganized, detail oriented with a growth mindsetExperience developing high quality content in Word and PowerPointExperience working in ExcelPreferred Experience:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science, or comparable professional experienceWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
