Description
Humana's Marketing Operations Quality Audit team is looking for a Quality Assurance Audit Professional 2 to join working remote anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Marketing Operations team, the QA Auditor reviews marketing communications for accuracy errors and process adherence gaps prior to release. The communications to review can range in complexity from a single communication via a single channel to multiple communications with multiple waves via multiple channels; including but not limited to direct mail, email, SMS Text and VAT scripts.
In the
accuracy review
, the auditor uses proof reading skills and content analysis tools (Acrolinx, Grammarly, MS Word, etc.) to check for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors. This process includes:
Checking phone numbers and web links to ensure they are active and route to a call to action aligned with the communication
Reviewing test cases for completeness and use sample data files (MS Excel) to ensure variable and conditional data maps correctly to the content
In the
adherence review
, the auditor is required to navigate within an MRM (Marketing Resource Management) application to review project data and workflow steps used in the production of the communication. This process includes:
Ensuring all relevant tasks have been completed and approvals obtained by the appropriate person and role
Checking business and data requirements and confirming legal, regulatory and product compliance reviews completed successfully with documents filed per Humana policy and CMS regulation
The auditor is required to record audit results in various tools in a timely manner for accurate reporting of quality metrics and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working as a proofreader, possess excellent grammar skills and familiar with AP style editing
Possess strong attention-to-details skills
Strong analytical skills, able to manipulate and interpret data
Exercises sound judgement in the face of ambiguity
Ability to handle multiple review requests at once and prioritize appropriately
Ability to work independently under general instructions, self-directed and motivated
Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Standard DC, Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Marketing Operations or the communication process
Experience with Unica Plan/IMO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CampaignQA, Acrolinx or similar marketing applications and content analysis tools
Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions
Humana experience
