Performs inspections of products manufactured by dental technicians.Serves as a liaison between dental technicians and managers.Performs quality control inspections according to the quality standard procedures.Communicates with colleagues, dental technicians and managers in a prompt articulate manner.Relies on extensive technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals.Evaluates each case thoroughly to assure correct product per Rx specification.Maintains a day to day professional relationship with dental technicians and managers.Communicates with supervisors, other QC personnel and technicians about work quality, quality standards,turnaround time, deadlines and work flow.Produces constructive feedback for all dental technicians in regards to their quality of work produced.Cooperates and works with floor supervisors on day-to-day basis.Ensures the high productivity and work quality by problem solving, motivating and helping technicians.Complies with safety procedures.Seeks advice and input from the manager when needed.
