We have an opportunity to join the Alliance as a Project Specialist in the Quality Improvement and Population Health Department.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Reporting to the Quality Improvement Supervisor, you will:
Coordinate, lead, support and participate in Quality Improvement and Population Health Department projects and serves as a liaison for interdepartmental and company-wide initiatives
Coordinate, lead, develop and implement departmental communications activities
Support department activities related to routine data analysis and reporting

Knowledge of:
Basic project management methodologies and tools
Basic research, analysis and reporting methods
Microsoft Excel
Methods and tools of meeting facilitation
Ability to:
Plan and coordinate multiple projects, identify relevant stakeholders, effectively prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines, mitigate risk, and respond to changing priorities
Identify issues, conduct routine research, gather and interpret information and data, utilize various reporting methods, and make logical recommendations for action
Demonstrate analytical skills and prepare reports
Compose routine communications content and proofread and edit content for style, tone, completeness, and consistency of brand message
Interact diplomatically with a wide variety of people, gather information from stakeholders, foster teamwork, and facilitate collaborative discussions
Demonstrate flexibility and creativity, anticipate needs, exercise resourcefulness in developing solutions, identify improvements to existing practices, and effectively adapt to change
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare or a related field
A minimum of three years (or a Master’s degree and one year) of experience related to project coordination; or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be qualifying
OTHER DETAILS
While this position is connected to one of our Alliance offices, we are in a fully telecommute work environment right now due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The interview and on-boarding process for this position will be completed remotely
This position
may
require onsite presence when our offices re-open, which will be no sooner than February 1, 2022. Onsite presence will most likely be on a part-time basis, but is dependent on business needs
COVID-19 Vaccine Requirement:
This position requires staff to be fully vaccinated upon their start date as a condition of employment. Proof of vaccination must be submitted at time of hire. Fully vaccinated is defined by the CDC. This means receipt of the second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer & Moderna vaccines) OR receipt of a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson) AND a 2-week period having passed since the administration of the last vaccine dose.
