Description:

The Faculty of Health wishes to appoint an enthusiastic, competent and proactive team player, who is highly motivated to learn, to join the Faculty Quality Team as a Quality Assurance Administrator. You will join a quality focused, efficient and friendly administrative team. Working closely with the Senior Administrators, you will become part of the administrative team which supports all aspects of the Faculty’s quality assurance processes, as required by the University and relevant Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies. You will have administrative experience and be able to demonstrate relevant skills or training related to the role, including the organisation of meetings/visits/events and producing minutes in an accurate and timely manner. In addition, you should have a very good eye for detail as you will be required to review documentation for accuracy and provide detailed guidance and information to academic staff and other stakeholders. You will be expected to have proven communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and work well as a member of a team. You will need to evidence your ability to be adaptable to the demands of working in an area of rapid change and development. The post will be located on the 4th floor of the Rolle Building, University of Plymouth Main Campus, Plymouth. Travel between sites may be required. Once trained to a sufficient level, and dependent on the Faculty’s Remote Working Principles, some working from home may be considered.
