Job Description:
What is the role
Scope of Job:
Responsible for all quality management within the project. Responsible for developing, planning and managing the strategy for quality assurance and quality control activities for the Project. Identify and promote improvement in Project performance.
Maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) and the Quality Management Plan (QMP). Develop and maintain an effective quality management framework to demonstrate compliance with the Project procedures and contractual requirements including the handover process
Advise, assist and lead the Project Team members in relation to quality management matters and implementation of the quality system. Actively support and apply the Project Health and Safety policy and procedures to achieve Zero Harm within the Project. Ensure the contractor(s), their sub-contractors and agents carry out all activities in a safe and controlled manner in accordance with the project Health and Safety plan. Good understanding of the Project HSE plan and Zero Harm ambition, providing leadership
Implement and manage the process for the management of technical change.
Develop and maintain a non-conformance system to capture and report non-conformance and corrective action.
Manage the Project quality team and ensure that the resources in the quality team are adequately skilled for the tasks.
Regular reporting as per the Project procedures and as requested by the EPCI Director.
Manage the internal and external audit schedules.
Organise relevant feedback in the Project.
Work with EPCI Director to complete management review and develop improvement programs.
Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product/service quality.
Support the EPCI Managers, Technical Leads and Quality Engineer in fulfilling the quality requirements of their Packages:
Review contractors' quality documentation
Organize and facilitate Quality meetings with the Contractor to address all Quality issues
Assist the Packages in the coordination of the inspection activities defined in the respective ITP’s; including the definition of the need for QC Inspectors and their coordination
Initiate and ensure Packages follow-up on non-conformity register (NCR) for the Project and assist the Project Team in handling NCRs
Initiate and/or participate to root cause analysis following identification of deviations
Planning and execution of all project QA audits and in defining the extent of quality inspections
Ensure quality records are delivered per the PQMP (assurance flowchart, ITPs and commissioning plans)
Responsibilities:

Maintain a high degree of knowledge related to the overall activities within the Atlantic Shores Technical & Delivery Team and other departments

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis
Bachelor Degree required
3 or more years of work experience
Knowledge of cost control philosophy and methodologies, estimating, change management, and document controls procedures required
Expert knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures
Knowledge of Office 365; MS Project application, Visio, MS Access, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
Able to demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with executives as well as with staff members, business unit customers, and outside vendors and providers
A team player, able to contribute to an organization that is fast-paced, hard-working and operating in a highly competitive and changing industry
Able to demonstrate a high level of initiative, drive and determination
Able to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and honesty in all activities and interaction with the executive team and management, staff, vendors, and all others interacting with ASOW
Outstanding interpersonal oral and written communication, presentation skills required
Highly motivated, self-starter, ability to work well with others and be a good team player
Ability to work in a multi-cultural context and a fast-paced JV environment
Strong attention to detail and high degree of organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Carrying of light packages and small office furniture. Role can be remote/virtual with office site visit. Ability to travel to an Atlantic Shores or parent office for 3-5 days at a time.

The salary range for this position is $122,000.00 - $182,000.00.
