JOB SUMMARY

The Quality Improvement Facilitator  will partner with CVI leadership to review Safewatch reports with a focus on process improvement and compliance with accreditation standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or licensed health care professional required. RN with Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Five years experience in clinical setting or demonstrated skill leading Quality/Performance Improvement projects in complex organizational environments preferred

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR REGISTRATION: Certification required

OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate process change, solutions to problems and organizational learning. Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and initiative.  Has understanding of and ability to deal with various analytical tools. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software and able to learn other software as needed.  Must be able to work with minimal amount of supervision.
