Job Summary:

Based upon Engineering blueprints and standards, ensure that all quality policies and procedures are followed

Review product documentation packages and ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements

Conduct incoming material inspections and maintain material traceability

Generate quality reports as needed

Issue and maintain the Cameron NCR System in SAP

Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.

Ensures materials and products are in accordance with established tolerance levels for quality and performance and are not irregular or damaged.

Performs inspection procedures on materials, parts and assemblies working from drawings, sketches and other required specifications.

Applies established inspection procedures and use a wide range of tools and instruments

Prepares Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).

Minimum Job Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 1 year related experience in the use of dimensional inspection, measuring and test equipment

Proficient in reading and understanding engineered drawings, P&IDs and blue prints

Ability to read job and material specifications, quality plans and define quality requirements, documentation requirements, etc.

Ability to comprehend and understand geometric tolerance on blueprints

Ability to comprehend computer Data Base Information.

Must have ability to use inspection and dimensional instruments.

Working knowledge of ASTMs, ASME & API specifications

Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of management and employees

Well organized with strong attention-to-detail

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship
