Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be checking in with a team in India one minute, meeting with leadership to review initiatives for the coming quarter later and tomorrow handling a few ad hoc requests from your peers in other departments.

Influence and inspire confidence. You are comfortable presenting to senior leaders, product owners, and peers with a compelling voice that you demonstrate through executive presence, leading change, and creating clear executive-level communications on milestone achievements.

Responsibilities. Responsible for providing support to ensure that client's expectations are met through problem identification and problem resolution efforts. Effectively reproduce, test, and verify field issues in a production like environment. Collaborate with development, analysis, and external teams to determine root cause for issues. Quickly respond to internal and external team requests regarding clients ensuring that all levels of SLA are met, issues are resolved, and clients have received stellar service. Continually update knowledge and skill base relating to both new and existing products to increase proficiency in troubleshooting and support capability. Proactively seek out problematic processes and procedures and offer solutions new methods and resources to improve efficiency and increase quality. Work in partnership with WFN Tech Services teams and Client Services teams to expedite issues. Accurately create tickets and defects in JIRA. Debug the code to analyze the root cause for client reported issues. Collaborates with the Agile team (Developers, Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, BAs) to ensure client case resolution.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Education and Experience. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree plus two (2) years of related experience.

Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Payroll, HR and Tax domains experience; Web-based applications; Troubleshooting Production technical/application problems; Databases (SQL, Oracle); TOAD; Ability to write/analyze Queries, DB Troubleshooting skills; JIRA or related tools; Programming in OOPS coding, including Java, VB, and C#; Unit Testing; Debugging issues for web services using SOAP UI/Ready API and Postman; Functional Testing; Selenium; Agile frameworks and methodologies, including SCRUM; Workspace - Eclipse, SharePoint, FTP Servers; Microsoft Office, MS Visio, MS Project and other office applications; Excel Macros, PivotTables and PivotCharts.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Salary Range: $118,123 to $164,900 / year
